You manage a farm of around 40 Instagram accounts remotely — posting, warming up accounts and keeping them healthy. Everything runs from your laptop through our system. Nothing is installed on your phone. No prior job experience needed: if you know your way around Instagram, we train you on the rest.

What you'll do
  • Operate around 40 Instagram accounts daily from our remote system — fully from your laptop.
  • Post reels and stories on schedule, keep every account active and healthy.
  • Warm up new accounts and follow our routines so they stay in good standing.
  • Track what each account is doing in a simple sheet so nothing gets missed.
  • Flag problems early — blocks, bans, weird behaviour — instead of hiding them.
What you need
  • You use Instagram daily and know reels, stories, DMs and the app inside out.
  • Your own laptop and a stable internet connection.
  • You can follow a repetitive routine carefully without cutting corners.
  • Decent English — enough to understand instructions and report clearly.
Pay: $600–$700/month + performance bonuses

Reel Researcher

You research and collect the best trending reels for our Instagram accounts. Flexible part-time hours — you decide when you work, as long as the daily finds land. You spot rising sounds, hooks and hashtags before they peak, then save and organize them so our account managers can post. Fully remote from your laptop. No prior job experience needed — we train you.

What you'll do
  • Find and collect high-performing, trending reels for around 40 Instagram accounts every day.
  • Spot rising sounds, hooks and hashtags before they go mainstream.
  • Track your finds in a simple sheet so account managers can post them quickly.
  • Make sure content fits each account's niche and quality standard.
  • Flag low-quality, off-brand or repetitive reels instead of adding them.
What you need
  • You use Instagram daily and understand how reels, trends and sounds work.
  • Your own laptop and a stable internet connection.
  • You can hit a daily output target even with flexible hours.
  • Decent English — enough to understand briefs and report clearly.

AI Generation Operator (ComfyUI)

Mass-produce AI reels and images in ComfyUI

You run our AI content pipeline: mass generating images and reels in ComfyUI for around 40 Instagram accounts. This is the one seat where experience is required — you must already work in ComfyUI daily and bring your own working workflows. We do not train you from zero.

What you'll do
  • Build and run ComfyUI workflows that mass generate images and short-form video.
  • Keep one character visually consistent across hundreds of outputs.
  • Hit a daily output quota without quality dropping.
  • Improve the pipeline: new models, LoRAs, upscalers, video nodes, automation.
  • Fix your own errors — OOM, bad hands, artifacts, broken nodes.
What you need
  • Real hands-on ComfyUI experience — you already have your own workflows.
  • You can show generated work you personally made.
  • A capable GPU or a cloud GPU setup you already use (RunPod, Vast, etc.).
  • Comfortable with img2img, ControlNet, LoRAs, upscaling and AI video nodes.
  • Decent English — enough to take a brief and report clearly.
Pay: $800–$1,200/month depending on experience + performance bonuses

Quick answers

Do I need experience?

For Phone Farm Operator and Reel Researcher: no — both come with full training; we only care that you genuinely use Instagram and can be relied on every day. The AI Generation Operator seat is the exception: real ComfyUI experience and your own workflows are required.

Will anything be installed on my phone?

No. Everything runs remotely through our system on your laptop. Your own phone and personal accounts are never involved.

How much can I earn?

Phone Farm Operator is $600–$700/month full time. Reel Researcher is flexible part time at around $200/month. AI Generation Operator is $800–$1,200/month depending on experience. All add performance bonuses on top.

Is the Reel Researcher role full time?

No — it's deliberately flexible part time. You choose when you work, as long as your daily finds land on time.

How fast can I start?

If the interview goes well, you can start within days. That's why we ask you to book the earliest available interview slot.
